 Hanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working in the field. Her goal is to help others create healthier lifestyles, find meaning in their lives and assist people through challenging times. Hanna specializes in various types of situations from serious mental illness, living with chronic physical illnesses, anxiety, depression, post-partum, trauma, relationship stressors, aging population, and various others. In addition, Hanna holds a Certificate in Case Management and is committed to providing support to those with serious or complex medical conditions, catastrophic injuries, and illnesses. Hanna has also been trained in individual and group Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and EMDR.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide a holistic, nonjudgmental approach in therapy. My passion is to help those achieve their goals and to find what a life worth living looks like to them. I enjoy teaching DBT skills and helping those apply skills in their daily lives. In addition to DBT, I promote CBT to encourage healthier thinking patterns. Other techniques I use are the Humanistic Theory, and Person-Centered approach. I foster the individuality and inherent value of a person. In therapy, I treat a range of concerns from depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, ADHD, post-partum depression, geriatric/aging issues, trauma, LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities to those suffering from chronic or terminal illnesses, including those with co-occurring mental and physical issues.
